Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz New York strip steaks 1-inch thick
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoons black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  • Rub steak with oil on both sides, and season evenly with salt, garlic powder, and pepper. 
  • Place steaks in a single layer in the air fryer basket. 
  • Air fry for 5-6 minutes on each side for medium rare. 
  • Allow them to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
