Lemon Herb Tahini

Update your salads, veggie platters, or pita wraps, and serve them with lemon herb tahini. It’s nutty and herby and packed with citrus flavor. Easy to make and wonderful to have on hand!

Ingredients

  • cup tahini
  • ¼ cup oil
  • ¼ cup packed basil leaves
  • ¼ cup packed parsley
  • 1 lemon juiced and zested
  • 1 clove garlic peeled
  • ¼-⅓ cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place the tahini, oil, basil, parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, and ¼ cup water into a large food processor or blender
  • Puree until smooth with some pieces of herbs
  • Add additional  water as needed until desired consistency is achieved
  • Taste and add salt and pepper as needed
