Ingredients

  • 2 pound pork loin roast
  • 1 ½ cups chicken or beef broth
  • 1 packet pork gravy mix
  • 1 packet onion soup mix

Instructions

  • Whisk together broth and soup packets in the Instant Pot.
  • Place the frozen pork loin into the pot, secure and seal the lid, and set to high pressure for 55 minutes. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 20 minutes after the timer goes off.
  • Carefully remove the lid and use an instant read thermometer to test temp - the roast should be 140-145F (temp will rise about 5F as it rests). Transfer the pork to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve as desired with the gravy from the pot.
