- ¾ cup grated cucumber
- 1 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- ¼ teaspoon minced garlic or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Gently squeeze the cucumber of excess moisture using a paper towel or a cheesecloth.
In a medium bowl, mix cucumber, sour cream, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, garlic, and salt until thoroughly mixed.
Cover and allow to chill in the fridge for one hour for the best flavor.
