Easy Strawberry Fluff

My strawberry fluff is made with just 5 ingredients including Cool Whip, jello, and marshmallows for a creamy and sweet side dish. And, it's made in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces strawberry jello
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple reserve juice
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice reserved from the can
  • 1 1/2 cup strawberries chopped
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the jello and the reserved pineapple juice. Whisk until it is dissolved.
  • Add in the crushed pineapple and the chopped strawberries. Stir the fruit until it is all incorporated.
  • Fold in the whipped cream and then the mini marshmallows.
  • Cover the bowl and chill for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Notes

  • Store leftovers covered in the fridge for about 3 days. Give it a gentle stir before serving again.
