Easy Strawberry Fluff
My strawberry fluff is made with just 5 ingredients including Cool Whip, jello, and marshmallows for a creamy and sweet side dish. And, it's made in just 10 minutes!

- 3 ounces strawberry jello
- 20 ounces crushed pineapple reserve juice
- ¼ cup pineapple juice reserved from the can
- 1 1/2 cup strawberries chopped
- 8 ounces cool whip
- 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
In a large bowl, whisk together the jello and the reserved pineapple juice. Whisk until it is dissolved.
Add in the crushed pineapple and the chopped strawberries. Stir the fruit until it is all incorporated.
Fold in the whipped cream and then the mini marshmallows.
Cover the bowl and chill for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Store leftovers covered in the fridge for about 3 days. Give it a gentle stir before serving again.
