3/4 cup mayo 3 Tablespoons Sriracha 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice 1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
In a small bowl, combine the mayo, sriracha, lime juice, sesame oil and ground ginger until fully combined.
Serve as a spread, or dip with your favorite sandwich, sushi, or chip.
Cover in an airtight container and keep for up to 5 days. Stir as needed before serving again.
Use fresh lime juice for a brighter flavor.
Toasted sesame oil is different than regular sesame oil, so make sure to use the toasted sauce-like kind for this recipe.
Adjust the heat to the spiciness wanted. Add more sriracha for a spicier sauce and use less for a more milder version.
Store leftovers covered or in an airtight container in the fridge for for up to 5 days.
