My roast beef sliders take only 30 minutes total to prepare! Made with sweet Hawaiian bread, roast beef, and cheese, each bite is loaded with rich flavor. My sliders are perfect as an appetizer and also pair so well with simple side dishes like mac and cheese, baked beans, and onion rings.
3/4 - 1pounddeli roast beefthinly sliced, brought to room temperature
8ouncesprovolone cheesesliced
3tablespoonsunsalted buttermelted
½teaspoononion powder
½teaspoongarlic powder
1tablespooneverything bagel seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Using a serrated knife, carefully slice the entire block of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
Evenly layer the roast beef over the bottom half of the rolls, then top them with the slices of provolone cheese.
Gently place the top half of the rolls over the cheese layer.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, onion powder, and garlic powder. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls, then sprinkle the top with everything bagel seasoning for a flavorful crunch.
Bake the sliders uncovered for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
Let the sliders cool for 5 minutes, then slice between each roll. Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
To slice the bread easily, use a sharp serrated knife and cut with a sawing motion.
Bring the meat to room temperature before getting started. If it’s fresh from the fridge, it will chill the cheese and prevent it from melting evenly.
Layer the ingredients all the way to the edges so that each slider has an equal amount of meat and cheese.
If the bread is browning too quickly, loosely cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to slow the process.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat leftovers in a preheated oven at 325 degrees F for about 12-15 minutes, covered with foil, then for another 3-5 minutes with the foil, or in the air fryer.
