My Oreo fluff recipe makes a rich, creamy dip with Oreo cookie pieces infused into every bite! Made with 4 ingredients and just 5 minutes of prep time before chilling, it is so simple to make. My family loves scooping up this sweet dip with graham crackers, fresh strawberries, and of course, Oreo cookies!
In a large mixing bowl, add the two packets of vanilla pudding and whisk in the milk until the pudding is thick and smooth.
Fold in the cool whip.
Crush the Oreo cookies by placing them in a gallon Ziploc bag and using a rolling pin to crush them. Reserve ¼ cup of crushed cookies for garnish.
Add the remaining crushed Oreos into the pudding mix and cover with plastic wrap, and allow to set up for at least an hour to overnight.
When ready to serve, place it into a serving bowl and garnish with the reserved Oreo pieces. Use extra cookies for dipping or just eat with a spoon.
Notes
Fold the Cool Whip in gently. Overmixing can cause the fluff to deflate and not be as fluffy.
For a richer chocolate color, let the fluff set longer in the refrigerator. The cookies break down more over time, which helps the chocolate color develop. It’s still pretty light and vanilla-forward if served after just one hour.
I use the party-size pack of Oreo cookies. A regular package of Oreos comes with 36 cookies, but the party size has 72. That gives me enough to use for the actual mixture, the garnish, and dipping.
Crushing the Oreos into different-sized pieces makes the dip extra chocolatey while also adding some crunch.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
