Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons Horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chives

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the sour cream, horseradish, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper.
  • Fold in the chives and add additional chives as a garnish if desired.
  • Serve or store in an air tight container for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • Using full-fat sour cream will give the richest flavor and thickest texture.
  • Exact measurements are a must. If something is off, the sauce may be too thick or too thin, not to mention a bit off in terms of taste.
  • Chill the sauce in the fridge for a little while before serving so the flavors meld.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
