Easy Cherry Fluff (5 Ingredients!)

My cherry fluff takes 5 ingredients and 5 minutes to stir together. I mix the cherry pie filling, crushed pineapple, and sweetened condensed milk first, then fold in the Cool Whip and marshmallows and let it chill for 2 hours until it thickens up. There's no baking and no chopping, and I make it the night before whenever I'm bringing it somewhere.

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Strainer to drain the crushed pineapple
  • Rubber spatula

Ingredients

  • 1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip thawed
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cherry pie filling, crushed pineapple and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Fold in the Cool Whip then the marshmallows until just mixed through.
  • Cover the fluff salad then allow it to chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

Drain the pineapple super well before adding it in as the extra juice can make this more soupy than fluffy.
Make this ahead as listed, then store it in the fridge, covered tightly, until you're ready to use it. I love making it the day ahead for ease.
Store leftovers in an airtight container or covered tightly in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Give it a quick stir before serving it again.
