Slice peeled hard-boiled eggs in half. Place yolks in a small bowl and the whites onto a serving dish.
Mash the yolks with a fork. Add the mayo, dill, season with salt and pepper, and mix until thoroughly combined. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
Divide filling into egg whites. Garnish with paprika and a small sprig of dill, if desired.
