Deviled Eggs Without Vinegar

A new take on a classic appetizer, these deviled eggs without vinegar are simple, yet flavorful! No pickles, no relish, all of the tastiness!

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs hard boiled and shell removed
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dill minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  • Slice peeled hard-boiled eggs in half. Place yolks in a small bowl and the whites onto a serving dish.
  • Mash the yolks with a fork. Add the mayo, dill, season with salt and pepper, and mix until thoroughly combined. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
  • Divide filling into egg whites. Garnish with paprika and a small sprig of dill, if desired.
  • Cover and refrigerate until serving.
