Slice the french loaf in half and then cut lengthwise, making 4 pieces. Cut the pieces to fit the air fryer basket/tray if needed.
Place two pieces of bread in the air fryer and cook them for 2 minutes.
Carefully remove the bread from the air fryer then assemble the pizzas using about 2 tablespoons marinara, 1/4-1/2 teaspoon seasoning, and 1/2 cup shredded cheese per piece.
Air fry them for 4-5 minutes then turn the air fryer off and open it. Place pepperoni slices on the pizza and close the air fryer for about 1 minute to allow the pepperoni to melt into the cheese.
Notes
Air fry the bread by itself first so it crisps up a little before adding sauce and toppings.
If the bread tilts, lean it against the inside of the air fryer basket or prop it with a toothpick.
To keep the cheese in place, press it lightly into the sauce before air frying.
For an extra crispy crust, brush the cut side of the bread with olive oil.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat leftovers in a preheated air fryer at 350 degrees F for about 3-4 minutes.
