Corn Casserole Without Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 cans of whole kernel sweet corn drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 box of jiffy corn mix 8.5 oz box
  • 1 stick of butter melted
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese I used cheddar
  • 1/2 cup of milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 
  • In a skillet, melt your butter and cream cheese, till they are combined. 
  • In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, jiffy corn mix, corn, cheese and milk. Once the butter and cream cheese is melted, incorporate them into the bowl. 
  • Transfer the ingredients to a greased 8x8 dish. 
  • Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes, until set.
