- 3 cans of whole kernel sweet corn drained
- 2 eggs
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 box of jiffy corn mix 8.5 oz box
- 1 stick of butter melted
- 1 cup of shredded cheese I used cheddar
- 1/2 cup of milk
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a skillet, melt your butter and cream cheese, till they are combined.
In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, jiffy corn mix, corn, cheese and milk. Once the butter and cream cheese is melted, incorporate them into the bowl.
Transfer the ingredients to a greased 8x8 dish.
Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes, until set.
