Buffalo Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken thighs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. 
  • Place your chicken on a greased baking sheet, parchment paper, or aluminum foil. 
  • Salt and pepper your chicken as you like, then combine the garlic and paprika. Sprinkle the seasonings on top of your chicken. 
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, till the internal temperature is 165 degrees F. 
  • Remove from the oven and baste your chicken thighs with buffalo sauce. 
  • Serve with celery and blue cheese dressing.
