Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 small garlic clove

Instructions

  • Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh out into a food processor or blender.
  • Add the sour cream, lime juice, sea salt, and garlic clove into the food processor.
  • Puree until the mixture is smooth.
  • Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
