- 2 avocados
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 small garlic clove
Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh out into a food processor or blender.
Add the sour cream, lime juice, sea salt, and garlic clove into the food processor.
Puree until the mixture is smooth.
Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
