Air Fryer Turkey Cutlets

Turkey Cutlets are air fried and covered with a quick optional mushroom sauce that tastes just like Thanksgiving dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 turkey cutlets
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Mushroom sauce

  • Canned cream of mushroom soup like Campbell's
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • pinch of pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees.
  • Baste turkey breast cutlets with butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Place raw turkey breasts in the air fryer and cook for 9-11 minutes, until they reach 165 degrees at its thickest point.
  • Meanwhile, heat the cream of mushroom soup and milk on the stove in a small saucepan on medium heat. Let cook until hot, about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove turkey cutlets from the air fryer and serve with the mushroom sauce.

Notes

How to Reheat Turkey in the Air Fryer:
1. Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees.
2. Place turkey cutlets in the air fryer and cook for 5-6 minutes, until warmed thoroughly and enjoy!
How to Cook Frozen Turkey in the Air Fryer:
1. Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees.
2. Place frozen turkey cutlets in the air fryer and cook 12-14 minutes, flipping and seasoning turkey halfway through, until the turkey reaches 165 degrees. Enjoy!
