Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F for 5 minutes. Spray the inner basket with cooking spray.
Place frozen corn in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cook time, until it's cooked through.
Transfer corn using tongs to a plate, then spread with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper while hot, if desired.
