2 sweet potatoes 1 tablespoon butter melted 1 teaspoon butter melted and separated from the above 2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees.
Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into skinny fries
Coat fries with 1 tablespoon of butter.
Cook fries in the preheated air fryer for 15-18 minutes. They can overlap, but should not fill your air fryer more than 1/2 full.
Remove the sweet potato fries from the air fryer and place them in a bowl.
Coat with the remaining butter and add in sugar and cinnamon. Mix to coat.
Enjoy immediately.
