1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon fresh ginger green onions
Place all of your ingredients in a small bowl, except the green onions.
Whisk until they are all well combined.
Cut 1-2 tablespoons of green onions and place into your sauce, if desired.
You can use ground ginger if you do not have fresh ginger. Use ⅛-¼ of a teaspoon of powdered ginger since it is more concentrated than using fresh.
You can add some spice if you like by adding sriracha or crushed red pepper flakes.
If you do not have brown sugar, you can substitute it for granulated or honey.
If the sauce is too salty for you, add 1 tablespoon of water at a time until you have your desired flavor.
