Ingredients

  • 2 packets 3 oz raspberry jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 can crushed pineapple with juices
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 granny smith apple chopped
  • ½ cup chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • In a larger bowl, add the jello packets then pour the boiling water overtop and stir until the jello dissolves.
  • Add in the crushed pineapple and cranberry sauce and stir to combine
  • Fold in the apples and pecans
  • Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13” baking dish, then chill in fridge for at least 3 hours before serving
