Ingredients

  • 2 lbs red skinned potatoes scrubbed and cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 F
  • In a larger bowl, add the cut potatoes followed by the olive oil, minced garlic, italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Toss to coat the potatoes in the oil and seasoning
  • Add the potatoes to the hot air fryer, then cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, or until they are crispy and cooked through.
  • Serve immediately
