Ingredients

  • 8 oz. canned salmon drained
  • ½ cup panko
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 green onion minced
  • ¼ cup small diced red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dill minced
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 375 F.
  • In a large bowl, mix the salmon, panko,egg, green onion, red pepper, dill, dijon mustard, garlic powder and salt until everything is fully combined.
  • Form the mixture into 4 patties, pressing each firmly into shape.
  • Add to the preheated air fryer and allow to cook for 8 minutes, flipping once halfway through, or until cooked through.
  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges and additional dill, if desired.
