Chicken and Broccoli Lasagna

Serve this easy, cheesy chicken and broccoli lasagna to your family tonight. This casserole comes together quickly and is a great way to get in a hefty dose of veggies!

Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb package steam in bag broccoli
  • 3 cups alfredo sauce
  • 3 cups cubed chicken
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F
  • Bring a large of salted water to a boil; cook the noodles to al dente according to package directions; drain and set aside 
  • Prepare broccoli according to package, allow to cool slightly then diced into small pieces
  • Add ½ cup alfredo sauce to the bottom of 9x13 dish, then add a layer of lasagna noodles
  • Add a layer of sauce, followed by chicken, broccoli, and mozzarella cheese, and repeat until all ingredients have been used
  • Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes
  • Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is golden and bubbly
  • Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving
