Ingredients

  • ¾-1 pound salmon filet with skin
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 lemon sliced (plus more for serving)
  • 2 sprigs rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Pat salmon dry, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 
  • Pour water into the inner pot of the ninja foodi, then place the trivet inside.
  • Put the lemon slices on the trivet, reserving two for the top of the salmon.
  • Place the seasoned salmon on the lemon slices, and top with remaining lemon slices and rosemary.
  • Cook at high pressure for four minutes, with a quick pressure release.
  • Serve immediately.
