Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • ½ cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Hamburger buns
  • Lettuce tomato, onion, or your favorite burger toppings

Instructions
 

  • Place the ground turkey in a mixing bowl with the breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning salt, and pepper. 
  • Use a fork to mix the contents of the bowl together well, being sure not to overmix.
  • Shape into four ½-inch thick round patties and place them on a large plate. Chill the patties in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
  • Preheat an air fryer to 360 degrees F for 5 minutes. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, then place the burgers in an even layer in the basket.
  • Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through until an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached.
