Season your chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Drizzle the olive oil over the thighs. Combine the garlic powder, onion powder, and poultry seasoning in a small bowl. Rub the seasoning onto your thighs till they are covered. You may have some remaining seasoning.
Place your chicken thighs in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, and then flip them. Continue to cook for an additional 6 to 7 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
Allow them to rest for a few minutes and serve.
Optional: Garnish them with fresh parsley.
