Ingredients

  • 16 oz frozen brussel sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  • Place brussel sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until the sprouts are well-coated. 
  • Transfer mixture to your air fryer basket, ensuring the brussel sprouts are in a single layer. 
  • Air fry for 14 minutes or until the brussel sprouts are heated through and beginning to brown. Serve immediately.

How to Reheat Brussel Sprouts in the Air Fryer 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F.
  2. Transfer the leftover brussel sprouts to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for about 5 minutes until warmed through and crispy on the outside.
