Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken tenders
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce plus more for dipping
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.

  • Place egg and buffalo sauce in a shallow bowl and whisk well. In a second shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Dip chicken in the egg mixture, then into the breadcrumb mixture. Shake off excess and place on a large plate. Spray both sides of the chicken generously with oil.
  • Air fry the chicken tenders for 10-12 minutes, flipping once halfway through the cooking time until they are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
  • Serve with more buffalo sauce and your favorite dipping sauce, if desired.
