Cut the tip of the cookie icing about 1/3 of the way down and use a knife to flatten the tip. This will let the icing come out in ribbons, not strings.
Cover the top of the Ding Dong going side to side and overlapping some wrappings as you go, letting it drape down the sides.
Using the icing, place two candy eyes on the Ding Dong.
Repeat steps 3 & 4 with each Ding Dong, let dry, then enjoy!
