  • Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees F.
  • Place separated frozen chicken thighs in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes until the chicken is just thawed.
  • Remove the chicken from the basket.
  • Spray each thigh with cooking oil, then sprinkle on the lemon pepper seasoning evenly.
  • Return the chicken to the basket and cook for 12-15 additional minutes, flipping once halfway through.
  • Remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and enjoy with your favorite sides.
