Ingredients

  • cup peanut butter
  • cup maple syrup
  • 2 cups quick oats

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, stir together the peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth.
  • Add the oats and stir until they are all completely coated.
  • Use your hands to pack the mixture into golf ball sized balls, then place them onto a parchment lined baking sheet; you will get about 15.
  • Allow to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
