- ⅔ cup peanut butter
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 2 cups quick oats
In a large bowl, stir together the peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth.
Add the oats and stir until they are all completely coated.
Use your hands to pack the mixture into golf ball sized balls, then place them onto a parchment lined baking sheet; you will get about 15.
Allow to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
