Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pounds rack of lamb about 7 to 8 lamb chops
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Pat dry the lamb rack. Remove silver skin from the underside of ribs if needed. Cut into individual chops.
  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, & pepper. Add the lamb and gently toss to coat in the marinade. Cover and marinate for about 1 hour or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees F. Place lamb chops in the air fryer in a single layer, making sure not to overlap the meat.
  • Air fry for 8 minutes, flip and fry for another 3-6 minutes, or to your preferred doneness. Serve warm.

How to Cook Frozen Lamb Chops in the Air Fryer:

1. Prepare the lamb through step 2, but place lamb chops in the freezer, not the fridge.
2. Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees F. Place the frozen lamb chops in the air fryer in a single layer, making sure not to overlap the meat.
3. Cook for 13 minutes, then flip and cook an additional 3 to 6 minutes until thoroughly cooked to your liking.

How to Reheat Lamb Chops in the Air Fryer:

1. Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees F.
2. Place the leftover lamb chops in the air fryer and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, until thoroughly warmed.
