Twice Baked Mashed Potatoes

- Russet potatoes - Unsalted butter - Shredded cheddar cheese - Sour cream - Cream cheese - Garlic powder - Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Cut the warm baked potatoes in half. Scoop the flesh from the skins and place it in a mixing bowl.

Step 1

Add the butter and mash the potatoes. Stir in cheddar, sour cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Transfer mixture to baking dish. Sprinkle on cheese and cooked bacon pieces.

Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes. Serve topped with green onions!
