– Unsalted butter – Light brown sugar – Large eggs – Pure vanilla extract – Old-fashioned oats – All-purpose flour – Baking soda – Ground cinnamon – Dried cranberries – Walnuts

Cream together softened butter and brown sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix.

In another bowl, stir oats, flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix. Fold in the cranberries and walnuts.

Scoop out portions and place on the baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes and then tap the tray lightly on the counter.
