– 9” store bought pie crust – Mashed sweet potato  – Sweetened condensed milk – Large eggs – Brown sugar – Cinnamon – Vanilla extract – Nutmeg

Line the pie crust with parchment and fill with pie weights, then bake for 8 minutes.

Mix the sweet potato, condensed milk, eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg until smooth.

Remove the pie weights and parchment. Pour the pie filling into the shell and bake for 30-35 minutes.
