– Heavy cream – Milk – Butter – Large egg – Pure vanilla extract – All purpose flour – Granulated sugar – Baking powder

In a bowl, whisk the heavy cream, milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.

Add flour, sugar, and baking powder and stir. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Grease the skillet and portion out your pancakes. Cook pancakes for 3 minutes

Flip and cook for 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining pancakes.
