– Russet potatoes – Salt – Sour cream – Garlic, minced – Butter – Black pepper

Place the potatoes, water and salt in the Instant Pot. Cook on Manual High Pressure for 10 minutes.

Perform a quick release when the timer goes off. Add the sour cream, garlic, butter, and pepper.
