Crockpot Sweet Potato Casserole

- Canned cooked yams - Unsalted butter, melted - Brown sugar - Large egg, beaten - Cinnamon - Salt - Chopped pecans - Flour - Miniature marshmallows

Spray the crock of a slow cooker with cooking spray. Drain the canned yams, transfer to a bowl, and mash.

Step 1 

Add melted butter,  brown sugar, egg, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well. Spread the sweet potato mixture in the crock.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine brown sugar and butter, chopped pecans, and flour. Spread the mixture evenly over the sweet potatoes.

Step 3

Cover and cook on low for  3-4 hrs. Sprinkle on the marshmallows in the last hour.
