Shrimp Scampi without Wine

Ingredients

- Butter - Extra-virgin olive oil - Minced garlic - Broth - Kosher salt - Ground black pepper - Crushed red pepper flakes - Large shrimp

In a skillet set over medium heat, melt butter together with olive oil. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Step 1 

Add broth, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes and bring to a simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Step 2 

Add shrimp and sauté 3-4 minutes until they  turn pink.

Step 3

Stir in the parsley and lemon juice and remove the skillet from the heat. Serve with more lemon wedges.
