– Creamy peanut butter – Butter, softened – Pure vanilla extract – Powdered sugar – Rice krispies – Chocolate candy coating

Add the peanut butter, butter, and vanilla extract to a bowl and beat on medium speed until combined.


Add the powdered sugar and mix. With the mixer on low speed, slowly add the rice krispies. Scoop out portions and place on a parchment.


Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes. Roll them into balls. Then place in the freezer to chill for 20 minutes.


Melt the chocolate candy coating. Dip a peanut butter ball into the chocolate and place back onto the parchment paper.


Place the peanut butter balls into the fridge to chill until the chocolate is set.
