 Slow Cooker Flank Steak

– Flank steak – Balsamic vinegar – Neutral cooking oil – Honey – Worcestershire sauce – Dijon mustard – Garlic, minced – Kosher salt – Ground black pepper

Mix the balsamic vinegar, oil, honey, worcestershire, dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Step 1

Place the flank steak and marinade ingredients in the slow cooker and flip the steak once or twice to coat the steak.

Step 2

Cook undisturbed for 6 hours on low. Carefully transfer to a cutting board, slicing it against the grain and serving as desired.
