Corn Casserole without Sour Cream

– Whole kernel sweet corn – Eggs – Cream cheese – Jiffy corn mix  – Butter – Shredded cheese  – Milk

In a skillet, melt your butter and cream cheese, till they are combined.

Step 1

In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, jiffy corn mix, corn, cheese and milk. Incorporate the butter and cream cheese into the bowl.

Step 2

Transfer the ingredients to a greased 8x8 dish. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes, until set.
