Crispy Air Fryer Potato Skins

– Russet potatoes, baked – Cheddar cheese – Bacon – Sour cream – Green onions  – Ranch dressing

Cut the baked potatoes in half. Carefully remove the potato from the inside, leaving about a ½-inch rim of flesh.

Step 1 

Brush the inside and outside of the potato shells with oil. Generously season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Place the potatoes into the air fryer basket, skin side down. Air fry for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time.

Step 3

Flip the skins. Divide the cheese evenly between each of the potato skins. Air fry for 5 more minutes.

Step 4

Load them up with sour cream, bacon, and green onions/chives; serve warm with ranch dressing
