Cream Jalapeno Corn Recipe

- Butter - Frozen sweet corn - Jalapenos - Kosher salt - Cream cheese - Heavy cream - Shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the thawed corn, jalapenos, and salt and stir to combine.

Step 1 

Cook the corn and jalapenos, stirring occasionally, until the corn is warmed through and just beginning to brown.

Step 2

Reduce the heat to low and add the cream cheese and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir until the cream cheese is melted.

Step 3

Add the shredded monterey Jack cheese and stir. Enjoy garnished with sliced jalapenos and additional cheese!
