Chocolate Chip Cookies No Butter

Ingredients

– Vegetable oil – Light brown sugar – Large eggs – Pure vanilla extract – All purpose flour – Baking soda – Kosher salt – Chocolate chips

Add the vegetable oil and brown sugar to a bowl and beat on medium speed. Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix to combine.

Step 1 

Add the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix. Add the chocolate chips and fold them in.

Step 2

Scoop out 1 ½ tablespoon sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet.

Step 3

Bake the cookies for 15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and set around the edges.
