Brown Sugar Pancakes

– All-purpose flour – Brown sugar – Baking powder & soda – Ground cinnamon – Buttermilk – Large egg – Maple syrup – Unsalted butter – Vanilla extract

In a bowl, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt.

Step 1

In another bowl, whisk the buttermilk, egg, maple syrup, butter, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir.

Step 2

Preheat a or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease. Portion out as many pancakes as will fit in your pan.

Step 3

Cook the pancakes on the first side for about 2-3 minutes. Flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
