– Bone-in pork chops – All-purpose flour – Kosher salt – Paprika – Garlic powder – Onion powder – Black pepper – Large egg

In a bowl, whisk flour, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the egg with water.

Press pork chops into the flour mixture. Dip each side into the beaten egg, then into the flour mixture a second time.

Allow the chops to sit at room temperature for 10-20 minutes. Place in air fryer basket.

Spray with cooking oil spray and air fry for 8-10 mins,  flipping halfway through.

Allow the chops to rest for  5-10 mins, then serve with your favorite sides.
