Air Fryer  Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients

PREP TIME: 20 MINS TOTAL TIME: 40 MINS

– Skinless chicken breast – Large eggs – Cornstarch – Panko – Soy sauce – Brown sugar – Honey – Ground ginger – Powdered garlic – Rice vinegar – Optional: Sesame Seeds

Chop your chicken. Combine your cornstarch and panko crumbs in a bowl. Scramble your eggs in another dish.

Step 1

Dip your chicken into the egg and then toss it in your cornstarch mixture.

Step 2

Make the teriyaki sauce in a small pot, combining all the ingredients & allowing to simmer for a few minutes.

Step 3

Place your chicken in the basket and bake for 8-10 mins.

Step 4

Once all of your chicken is cooked. Pour the sauce over and toss till they are all coated.

Step 5
