Cut the beef slices into strips, then place them in a plastic zipper bag with the sauce. Massage the sauce around the beef.

Place in the refrigerator and marinate for 24-48 hrs. Remove the beef from the marinade and pat it dry.

Place the beef in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 2 hrs, flipping it halfway.

Allow the jerky to cool, then store it in an airtight container.
