Ingredients

  • 2 5- ounce Halibut Filets
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare fish by rinsing under cold water and gently patting each side dry with a paper towel. Set the fish aside.
  • In a small dish, mix the dry ingredients until they are well blended.
  • Rub the olive oil on all sides of both filets, including the skin side. Generously sprinkle seasonings on all sides of both filets.
  • Place seasoned halibut filets in the air basket without touching each other. Air fry at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 6-8 minutes, depending on thickness of filets.
  • Remove when the fish is golden, flaky, and the internal temp reaches 130 degrees. 
  • Serve with rice and your favorite vegetable. Garnish with a lemon slice or wedge and fresh parsley.
